We are pleased to be able offer free licenses to hobbyists for non-commercial use of the PL/I compiler for OpenVMS, both for Alpha and VAX architectures.
As prerequisite you must already have an OpenVMS Hobbyist license.
That requirement met, proceed with registration for the PL/I Hobbyist license.
