SYMPTOM:

The PLI$STARLET.TLB file is missing definitions for the following
OpenVMS VAX Version 6.2 routines:

     SYS$PERSONA_ASSUME
     SYS$PERSONA_CREATE
     SYS$PERSONA_DELETE


SOLUTION:

According to Engineering, this problem is corrected in VAX PL/I
Version 4.1.


WORKAROUND:

Define the routines in the application.
